Meshless thermal analysis
Designed for non-expert analysts, our Fast Cloud-Native Solver voxelizes the computational domain directly from CAD geometry using an automatic algorithm that refines the discretization around key geometric features.
By removing the common workflow step of manually meshing geometry, necessary in other tools, the Fast Cloud-Native Solver is a key building block for developing simulation apps.
Optimized cooling solutions
The Fast Cloud-Native Solver supports 1D fluid-network cooling channels to model convection heat transfer.
Its cooling channel generative design algorithm uses an adjoint solution to optimize cooling channel placement.
Originally developed for plastic injection mold cooling analysis, the solver includes specific capabilities to compute safe ejection time and dedicated models for baffles, runners, and heaters. The Fast Cloud-Native Solver is the numerical engine behind Maya HTT’s SimForm Mold Cooling Analysis platform.
Fast cloud-ready simulation
Built using NVIDIA’s CUDA framework, the Fast Cloud-Native Solver is highly parallelized and able to efficiently solve problems with tens of millions of cells.
The solver can easily be run on engineering workstations, HPC clusters, and on cloud infrastructure.
