  • Develop a comprehensive plan for marketing efforts and explain what the results of these plans may be
  • Able to generate product launch plan in both existing/new market
  • Establish marketing content strategy generation and creation
  • Lead development of marketing initiatives both within sales and marketing team as well as across business units
  • Respond to sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize existing marketing programs (online and offline) and develop new ones
  • Estimate budget and resources across all programs in order to maximize growth
  • Justify investment in new marketing programs with data driven business cases
  • Plan and execute new marketing programs
  • Analyze performance  and build projections for the acquisition marketing budget


  • Technical background,  university degree at the very least
  • Good social media skills
  • Hands-on capability
  • Ability to work with contractors (branding, graphic arts, etc…)
  • Accountable for demonstration of success (or lack thereof) of marketing efforts
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong ability to plan
  • English and French but especially English
  • Interest in marketing technical products
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment
  • Must be creative and be able to prove it
  • Able to project company image correctly and compellingly
