Cependant, ces derniers temps, elle \u00e9tait confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un processus long et co\u00fbteux de certification par les autorit\u00e9s a\u00e9ronautiques des \u00c9tats-Unis. Cela a incit\u00e9 AMW \u00e0 laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les v\u00e9hicules volants (pour le moment) et \u00e0 explorer une voie plus rapide pour commercialiser cette technologie.<\/p>\n<p>Sa nouvelle technologie de propulsion prometteuse en main, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers une qu\u00eate plus pratique, quoique non moins innovante\u00a0: la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<h2>Orienter la propulsion \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique vers l\u2019\u00e9olien<\/h2>\n<p>AMW s\u2019est r\u00e9orient\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifiquement vers la production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et le secteur en croissance rapide des micror\u00e9seaux, en d\u00e9veloppant une turbine \u00e9olienne de milieu de gamme capable de produire entre 100 et 500\u00a0kW d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle priorit\u00e9 a pouss\u00e9 AMW \u00e0 augmenter l\u2019\u00e9chelle de conception de sa technologie pour obtenir un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur bien plus efficace. Le d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 sauter le pas pour agrandir le mod\u00e8le des 38\u00a0cm (15 pouces) requis pour un v\u00e9hicule volant aux 366\u00a0cm (12 pieds) n\u00e9cessaires pour sa turbine \u00e9olienne.<\/p>\n<h2>La conception ax\u00e9e sur la simulation est un jeu d\u2019enfants avec EMAG et CFD<\/h2>\n<p>Augmenter la taille\u00a0pr\u00e8s de 10\u00a0fois\u00a0a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis de conception consid\u00e9rables ayant trait \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle et \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la masse. Pour les r\u00e9soudre, l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019AMW a fait appel \u00e0 l\u2019expertise de Maya HTT.<\/p>\n<p>Ensemble, en tirant parti des capacit\u00e9s de simulation de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mayahtt.com\/fr\/products\/simcenter\/\">Simcenter<\/a><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 capables d\u2019explorer les options de mat\u00e9riaux et d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer la masse, la puissance utile et la vitesse de rotation.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019expertise multiphysique de Maya HTT a pris la t\u00eate d\u2019une conception collaborative ax\u00e9e sur la simulation dans deux domaines diff\u00e9rents (EMAG et CFD) afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la conception globale de la turbine \u00e9olienne.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe\u00a0EMAG\u00a0a commenc\u00e9 avec l\u2019\u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, en transposant la taille \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle et en prenant en compte d\u2019autres changements \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019E-Machine Design de\u00a0Simcenter\u00a0.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mayahtt.com\/fr\/products\/heeds\/\">HEEDS<\/a>\u00a0a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour optimiser le dimensionnement de la machine, ainsi que de son acier et ses aimants internes.<\/p>\n<p>La conception ax\u00e9e sur la simulation a men\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 choisir un r\u00e9seau de Halbach pour sa disposition d\u2019aimants caract\u00e9ristique, dans le but d\u2019accro\u00eetre l\u2019efficience de la conversion d\u2019\u00e9nergie en maintenant plus de contr\u00f4le sur les forces magn\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, l\u2019\u00e9quipe\u00a0CFD<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>de Maya HTT a pris le relais\u00a0et examin\u00e9 comment la conception unique de la turbine \u00e9olienne permettait un mod\u00e8le de lame hors norme.\u00a0Les allers-retours au cours de la collaboration ont assur\u00e9 que les conceptions EMAG et CFD fonctionnaient bien ensemble.<\/p>\n<h2>Favoriser une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de turbines \u00e9oliennes<\/h2>\n<p>Les turbines de milieu de gamme d\u2019AMW sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant-garde dans le paysage des turbines \u00e9oliennes. Leur conception radicalement diff\u00e9rente et \u00e9pur\u00e9e \u00e9limine la complexit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rente aux mod\u00e8les de turbines traditionnels.
