{"id":76756,"date":"2023-10-23T10:26:53","date_gmt":"2023-10-23T14:26:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mayahtt.com\/?p=76756"},"modified":"2023-10-23T10:33:54","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T14:33:54","slug":"indice-defaillance-coefficient-materiaux-composites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mayahtt.com\/fr\/blog\/indice-defaillance-coefficient-materiaux-composites\/","title":{"rendered":"Indice de d\u00e9faillance \/ coefficient de r\u00e9sistance dans un crit\u00e8re de d\u00e9faillance quadratique (mat\u00e9riaux composites)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Comment savoir lequel s\u2019applique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comprenez la diff\u00e9rence entre l\u2019indice de d\u00e9faillance et le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance, et comment chacun d\u2019eux doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 en cas d&rsquo;utilisation d\u2019un crit\u00e8re de d\u00e9faillance quadratique des <a href=\"https:\/\/mayahtt.com\/fr\/products\/composites-lamines-de-simcenter-3d\/\">mat\u00e9riaux composites<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La relation entre d\u00e9faillance et r\u00e9sistance dans une charge uniaxiale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dans une situation de charge uniaxiale, la pr\u00e9vision de d\u00e9faillance est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 une comparaison des contraintes internes (s) et de la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau (F) dans la direction de charge.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cas, l&rsquo;indice de d\u00e9faillance (FI) et le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance (R) sont d\u00e9finis comme suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/a93444f2a32f2e29fc57578b773fcffb\/tumblr_inline_nq1r43I7Xg1ttxcv8_540.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Dans ce sc\u00e9nario simple, l\u2019indice de d\u00e9faillance et le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance sont clairement inversement proportionnels.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9tendant cet exemple \u00e0 une couche de mat\u00e9riau composite (Figure\u00a01) et en comparant chaque composante de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de contrainte aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau, on peut dessiner l\u2019enveloppe de d\u00e9faillance de pli pour le crit\u00e8re de contrainte maximale (Figure\u00a02).<\/p>\n<p><em>Figure 1 \u2013 \u00c9tat de contrainte de la couche composite<\/em><\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/3298dd91e1e24fce5cc945f58b8e442d\/tumblr_inline_nq1rsaUnH21ttxcv8_540.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><em>Figure 2 \u2013 Enveloppe de d\u00e9faillance de pli pour la contrainte maximale<\/em><i><\/i><\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/29d57ae267288303bcb26061c5ccfeda\/tumblr_inline_nq1rud6BjK1ttxcv8_540.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><em>XT\u00a0: Contrainte admissible dans une direction<\/em><br \/>\n<em>XC\u00a0: Compression admissible dans une direction<\/em><br \/>\n<em>YT\u00a0: Contrainte admissible dans deux directions<\/em><br \/>\n<em>YC\u00a0: Compression admissible dans deux directions<\/em><br \/>\n<em>S\u00a0: Cisaillement admissible dans le plan<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un exemple d\u2019\u00e9tat de contrainte<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un \u00e9tat de contrainte (point rouge dans la Figure\u00a03) compris dans l\u2019enveloppe est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme dans les limites acceptables du mat\u00e9riau. S\u2019il est multipli\u00e9 par une valeur positive (d1\/d=R), cet \u00e9tat de contrainte finira par passer la limite de l\u2019enveloppe (point vert).<\/p>\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;enveloppe est un volume fini, la limite peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre atteinte si l\u2019\u00e9tat de contrainte est multipli\u00e9 par un nombre n\u00e9gatif (-d2\/d) (point violet).<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il est math\u00e9matiquement correct, ce point est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement n\u00e9glig\u00e9, car il ne repr\u00e9sente pas l\u2019\u00e9tat de contrainte physique exag\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>Figure 3 \u2013 \u00c9tat de contrainte dans les limites de l&rsquo;enveloppe de d\u00e9faillance de pli<\/em><\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/ae8669a30f16a79edfbcf4c63304e2e7\/tumblr_inline_nq1rx71nER1ttxcv8_540.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>D\u00e9faillance quadratique du pli<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le m\u00eame raisonnement s\u2019applique \u00e0 d\u2019autres crit\u00e8res de d\u00e9faillance, comme ceux de la famille de l&rsquo;enveloppe de d\u00e9faillance quadratique. R\u00e9soudre et conserver uniquement les racines carr\u00e9es positives donne\u00a0:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/eb4acda809c0a7765d40b6da09801c70\/tumblr_inline_nq1s6agGBU1ttxcv8_540.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Cela dit, \u00e0 des fins de coh\u00e9rence avec l\u2019autre crit\u00e8re de d\u00e9faillance quadratique (et pour des raisons historiques), l\u2019indice de d\u00e9faillance de Tsai-Wu est d\u00e9fini comme suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/e6521447c330ee9b8c2853cbe747761b\/tumblr_inline_nq1s6rL3wA1ttxcv8_540.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Existe-t-il une relation entre l\u2019indice de d\u00e9faillance et le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dans ce cas, il n\u2019y a pas de relation directe entre l\u2019indice de d\u00e9faillance et le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019indice de d\u00e9faillance ne peut pas fournir d\u2019informations utiles sur la d\u00e9faillance, \u00e0 moins qu&rsquo;il n\u2019ait une valeur de 1. En fait, selon les valeurs de r\u00e9sistance, il est m\u00eame possible d\u2019obtenir un indice de d\u00e9faillance n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, chaque fois qu\u2019un crit\u00e8re de d\u00e9faillance implique des termes de type mixte (par ex. Tsai-Wu), il n\u2019y aura pas de relation entre l&rsquo;indice de d\u00e9faillance et le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance.
