{"id":76738,"date":"2023-10-13T11:42:33","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T15:42:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mayahtt.com\/?p=76738"},"modified":"2023-10-13T11:42:33","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T15:42:33","slug":"comment-optimiser-la-rigidite-des-structures-sandwich","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mayahtt.com\/fr\/blog\/comment-optimiser-la-rigidite-des-structures-sandwich\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment optimiser la rigidit\u00e9 des structures sandwich"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Trouver la rigidit\u00e9 optimale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un malentendu r\u00e9pandu sur les structures sandwich m\u00e8ne de nombreux concepteurs \u00e0 surestimer leur rigidit\u00e9 globale ou \u00e0 les rigidifier d\u2019une fa\u00e7on loin d\u2019\u00eatre optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet article, nous expliquons le v\u00e9ritable comportement des structures sandwich et pr\u00e9sentons les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la conception optimale de ces structures.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Haute rigidit\u00e9 et r\u00e9sistance, m\u00eame en flexion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur grande rigidit\u00e9 et leur r\u00e9sistance, les panneaux\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mayahtt.com\/fr\/composites-3\/\">composites\u00a0<\/a>peuvent \u00eatre fins, mais adapt\u00e9s pour supporter une charge consid\u00e9rable dans le plan. Cependant, en raison de leur faible \u00e9paisseur, ces panneaux ne seront pas tr\u00e8s rigides en flexion.<\/p>\n<p>Une fa\u00e7on simple de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation est d\u2019incorporer au panneau un mat\u00e9riau qui en sera l\u2019\u00e2me. L\u2019\u00e2me permet aux composites rigides d\u2019\u00eatre situ\u00e9s encore plus loin de l&rsquo;axe neutre du panneau, ce qui accro\u00eet la rigidit\u00e9 \u00e0 la flexion.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le probl\u00e8me de la th\u00e9orie des poutres en I<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les panneaux sandwich sont souvent compar\u00e9s aux poutres en I\u00a0: les peaux sont analogues aux brides de la poutre en I et l\u2019\u00e2me \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 celle de la poutre.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/25803de5cab2b09505a685ebed7ceef5\/tumblr_inline_o217l5Wu9W1ttxcv8_540.png\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><em>Figure\u00a01 \u2013 Analogie entre la structure sandwich et la poutre en I<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me de cette analogie est qu\u2019elle ne refl\u00e8te pas compl\u00e8tement la rigidit\u00e9 au cisaillement relativement faible du mat\u00e9riau de l\u2019\u00e2me.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque des charges transversales sont appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 la structure sandwich (ou si des cisaillements transversaux sont pr\u00e9sents d\u2019une autre fa\u00e7on), les d\u00e9formations r\u00e9elles ne seront pas pr\u00e9vues correctement, sauf si la rigidit\u00e9 au cisaillement de l\u2019\u00e2me est ad\u00e9quatement mod\u00e9lis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>D\u00e9formation dans un exemple de structure sandwich<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Prenons par exemple un panneau sandwich (voir Figure\u00a02) avec une \u00e9paisseur\u00a0<em>h<\/em>\u00a0et des peaux avec une \u00e9paisseur\u00a0<em>t<\/em>. Il s\u2019agit des param\u00e8tres suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hauteur de l&rsquo;\u00e2me<\/li>\n<li>Rigidit\u00e9 au cisaillement transversal de l\u2019\u00e2me<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9paisseur de la peau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Augmenter l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la peau est la m\u00e9thode la moins efficace pour obtenir un sandwich rigide (sans compter le co\u00fbt impliqu\u00e9, notamment lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mayahtt.com\/fr\/products\/fibersim\/\">composites<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>En pratique, une structure sandwich optimale sera le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une combinaison judicieuse d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur et d\u2019une rigidit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e2me.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L&rsquo;importance des valeurs correctes de rigidit\u00e9 au cisaillement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cet exercice souligne \u00e9galement l\u2019importance de saisir correctement les valeurs de rigidit\u00e9 au cisaillement transversal de l\u2019\u00e2me lors de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une analyse sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fini.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliser les bonnes valeurs permet au logiciel d\u2019estimer ad\u00e9quatement les d\u00e9formations.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il faut toujours \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement vigilant pour assurer que les effets de cisaillement transversal sont pris en compte lors de la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;une analyse de flambage des panneaux sandwich.
