Diriger le processus de d\u00e9veloppement dans un environnement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 r\u00e9duit le risque d\u2019erreur et diminue les co\u00fbts tout en augmentant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayahtt.com\/fr\/blog\/augmenter-la-complexite-missions-parametrees-et-modeles-realistes-de-turbomachines\/\">la deuxi\u00e8me partie<\/a>, nous avons vu comment d\u00e9finir des missions param\u00e9tr\u00e9es dans Simcenter 3D et mod\u00e9liser le comportement thermom\u00e9canique en tenant compte du transfert de chaleur, des charges structurelles et des interactions entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments physiques.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes maintenant pr\u00eats \u00e0 cr\u00e9er et \u00e0 combiner des sous-assemblages et \u00e0 commencer le post-traitement.<\/p>\n<h4>Tenir compte de l\u2019ensemble du moteur dans le rendement thermom\u00e9canique<\/h4>\n<p>Pour \u00e9valuer le rendement thermom\u00e9canique, il ne suffit pas d\u2019examiner les diff\u00e9rents composants s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Vous devez prendre en compte l\u2019ensemble du moteur. Comment faire pour y parvenir de la fa\u00e7on la plus efficace possible? Indice : un ing\u00e9nieur travaillant seul pour d\u00e9velopper un mod\u00e8le de moteur entier ne suffira pas.<\/p>\n<p>Une meilleure approche pour am\u00e9liorer le rendement consiste \u00e0 diviser la charge de travail en sous-assemblages et \u00e0 combiner les mod\u00e8les des analyses par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis d\u2019assemblages.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/DNP6oT4zuYA?si=5tger5xufcp_epNK\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Les analyses par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis d\u2019assemblages sont une fonctionnalit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement efficace de Simcenter 3D, et le meilleur outil pour diviser la charge de travail.<\/p>\n<p>1. Combinez les sous-assemblages dans des analyses par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis d\u2019assemblages (AEFA).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choisissez le m\u00eame type d\u2019analyse coupl\u00e9e structurelle et thermique et l\u2019option 2D Solid.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez les composants (AEF) que nous voulons ajouter \u00e0 l\u2019AEFA. Chaque sous-assemblage appara\u00eetra dans la bonne position, car ses g\u00e9om\u00e9tries proviennent de la m\u00eame CAO 3D.<\/li>\n<li>Effectuez une troisi\u00e8me AEF pour introduire les boulons reliant la turbine haute pression au compresseur haute pression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Cr\u00e9ez une simulation \u00e0 partir de l\u2019AEFA.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ajoutez les charges, les contraintes et les objets de simulation pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment cr\u00e9\u00e9s de chaque AEF.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00e9cifiez ce qu\u2019il faut importer; cela peut inclure les s\u00e9quences de conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Pr\u00e9parez-vous \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre la simulation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ajoutez des objets de simulation, comme les collages, une jonction de flux et du vide, pour connecter les sous-assemblages.<\/li>\n<li>Ajustez le pas de temps en fonction de la pr\u00e9cision souhait\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez que toutes les entit\u00e9s de simulation n\u00e9cessaires sont pr\u00e9sentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Environnement de post-traitement efficace<\/h4>\n<p>Compte tenu de la grande quantit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sultats g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019analyse thermom\u00e9canique, un environnement de post-traitement efficace est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour obtenir un aper\u00e7u rapide du rendement des turbomachines.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/gsu6zl38jfo?si=OIa0YxCX_EG5Y_gK\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Simcenter 3D offre plusieurs fonctionnalit\u00e9s et outils puissants pour une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des r\u00e9sultats. Voici comment ceux-ci fonctionnent.<\/p>\n<h4>Aper\u00e7u de Plot BC<\/h4>\n<p>Ce param\u00e8tre avanc\u00e9 cr\u00e9e un fichier HTML contenant le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats des zones de convection, des flux thermiques et des vides thermiques dans une interface pratique. Il suffit de s\u00e9lectionner les charges et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 inspecter, et les r\u00e9sultats sont automatiquement trac\u00e9s dans un graphique interactif, ce qui facilite l\u2019analyse des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse des r\u00e9sultats<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Regardez les temp\u00e9ratures nodales \u00e0 un moment pr\u00e9cis. La distribution de la temp\u00e9rature est logique (elle augmente le long du compresseur et est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le cas de la combustion sur les aubes de la turbine).<\/li>\n<li>Regardez les r\u00e9sultats de la pression sur les murs due au flux d\u2019air. Les r\u00e9sultats de la temp\u00e9rature du fluide correspondent \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature dans les conduits. Une partie des conduits est cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le solveur lorsque nous d\u00e9finissons les flux et les vides thermiques.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les m\u00eames conduits, regardez le d\u00e9bit massique. Analysez les r\u00e9sultats du vecteur du d\u00e9bit massique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019affichage des fl\u00e8ches, il est facile de voir la direction du flux. L\u2019examen des r\u00e9sultats dans le temps montre que le flux s\u2019inverse (rappelez-vous que les conditions d\u2019inversion du flux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finies).<\/li>\n<li>Regardez la direction du flux \u00e0 l\u2019aide du r\u00e9sultat de la direction nominale ou invers\u00e9e du flux. Une valeur de -1 indique un flux invers\u00e9. Pour v\u00e9rifier si la solution est valide, examinez le r\u00e9sultat du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre du d\u00e9bit massique. Parfois, le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre est intentionnel si les fuites ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mod\u00e9lis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Acc\u00e9dez aux r\u00e9sultats structurels. Les d\u00e9placements totaux montrent un comportement conforme aux conditions limites appliqu\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Analysez le jeu \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 en examinant la s\u00e9paration des contacts. Tracez le jeu \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 \u00e0 des endroits sp\u00e9cifiques. La fen\u00eatre du graphique offre de nombreux outils pour analyser les trac\u00e9s. Regardez quand le jeu \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 est le plus faible ou regardez simplement les r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 des moments pr\u00e9cis.
