Les services de conseil, des ventes, de production, d’assemblage, d’entretien et de R\u00a0et\u00a0D de Bausch+Stroebel se trouvent tous dans le m\u00eame complexe. Sur ce site, les nombreux participants \u00e0 un projet donn\u00e9 ont besoin, pour la gestion des processus, d’acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des informations mises \u00e0 jour allant des exigences techniques \u00e0 l’ing\u00e9nierie de projet et de conception, en passant par la production et la v\u00e9rification. C’est pourquoi Bausch+Stroebel a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en place une plateforme d’informations centrale bas\u00e9e sur la solution de gestion num\u00e9rique de cycle de vie Teamcenter\u00ae de Siemens Digital Industries Software. Cette plateforme int\u00e8gre une fonctionnalit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire de gestion de cycle de vie du produit (PLM), appel\u00e9e PLM-easy, fournie par BCT Technology AG, un partenaire de solution Siemens.<\/p>\n

Ce syst\u00e8me d’information (Teamcenter avec PLM-easy) a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour les entreprises de machineries de taille moyenne. Teamcenter permet la gestion et le partage de toutes les donn\u00e9es de conception de produit et, surtout, facilite la cr\u00e9ation et la gestion de la documentation dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise. De plus, les nomenclatures produit (BOM) compl\u00e8tes sont administr\u00e9es par la solution bas\u00e9e sur Teamcenter. En raison de l’exp\u00e9rience pass\u00e9e de Bausch+Stroebel en CAO, qui inclut de nombreux syst\u00e8mes utilis\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le, un environnement multi-CAO doit \u00eatre maintenu et divers formats de donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9s. Avec l’aide de BCT, Bausch+Stroebel a pu int\u00e9grer des applications de CAO 2D existantes \u00e0 Teamcenter, permettant ainsi une gestion pratique des dessins.
