DCIM Commissioning Project Manager

To support our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our commissioning team in Montreal, Quebec. The candidates must be autonomous, eager to apply their project management, organizational and communication skills, and learn quickly on the job.  They will be responsible for managing key client projects in order to deliver Maya HTT’s customized technical solutions for our Datacenter Clarity LC software product on time, within budget and within scope.

Job Description Summary:

  • Be the main point of contact with the customer – manage relationship, expectations and scope
  • Responsible for project schedule and delivery to the customer within scope and budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comphensive project documentation

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, pferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, as well as Project Management training (PMP certification is a plus)

Knowledge of network architecture, communication protocols, real-time data monitoring systems and CAD systems is an asset

Advanced inter-personal skills, initiative and ability to work in a team

Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

CAE Software Developer for Computer Aided Engineering Products

Maya HTT is looking for a software developer to enhance and maintain its flagship thermal and fluid flow products.  These products are currently integrated in multiple CAE platforms and need to be integrated in a more standardized way across these platforms.  We are looking for an individual skilled in software designs and patterns, with good knowledge of Qt UI framework.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Build an automated UI generator driven by an XML file definition.
  • Maintain thermal and fluid flow products.
  • Implement new features.
  • Ensure compatibility of integrated software with new releases.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (Software Engineering Option), or a combination of education and experience.

Maya HTT is Canada's largest supplier of mechanical simulation software solutions. This highly innovative and entrepreneurial sales executive will be reporting to the Director of Sales. This role involves sales of solutions comprising software and services for complex business problems with minimal assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven track record of consultative selling of services and software solutions to engineering groups.

Key Responsibilities

The account executive will be responsible and accountable for a wide range of activities, including:
Selling of Siemens PLM software solutions, with a strong focus on mechanical simulation software and services;
Identifying sales opportunities;
Achieving assigned sales targets;
Managing existing customer base, growing the territory and developing customer relationships;
Demonstrating the company's added-value through presentations, proposals and quotes uniquely positioned to customer needs;
Working in close collaboration with the company's technical teams as well as the technology partner Siemens to identify ROI and develop a business case;
Maintaining correct and up-to-date account and opportunity strategic information in CRM.

Requirements

* Minimum of 4 years of experience selling software solutions or services to engineering groups with a consultative approach;
* Knowledge of software centric solution selling;
* University degree (Mechanical Engineering or related field);
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
* Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and able to work autonomously;
* Hunter/ Challenger characteristic sales type
* Strong technical and sales background with a passion for hi-tech products and cutting edge solutions;
* Proven record of exceeding quotas and developing new business;

* Willing to travel 20% to 40% of the time.

Internal Information Systems Developer

Maya HTT is looking for a highly skilled Internal Information Systems Developer experienced in working with a variety of tools in order to support our infrastructure. The ability to learn quickly in the face of changing requirements is particularly important.

Responsibilities:
• Work with senior staff to understand process requirements and objectives;
• Analyze, design, program and implement efficient applications;
• Develop and maintain reports to support operations and analyses in Microsoft SQL server (SSRS, SSAS);
• Support and enhance proprietary and commercial applications used in operations, e.g. JIRA, Salesforce, SharePoint.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
• Degree in computer science or equivalent in experience;
• Advanced understanding of data and its manipulation;
